Halima Begum is a London based fashion, beauty & product photographer.
She grew up in North West London where she studied visual merchandising and discovered her love for photography during her career in styling and visual merchandising.

Halima is the Founder and Creative Director of ŌSHEN™, established in 2010, where she captures look books, editorials and product flat lays for fashion and beauty brands, both in the UK and overseas.
Inveigled by structure, colour and crispness, Halima’s work displays the depth of brand stories and she recognised globally for her fashion campaigns.

Fuelled by her deep enthusiasm for fashion, Halima has embarked on an on going journey to create content for brands that align with ethical and sustainable practices. Her goal is to merge her love for style with a commitment to responsible and conscious fashion.

Being engrossed in story telling makes what I do adventurous and fun! It always excites me working with brands that have a clear view of where they want to see themselves and their love for their products. If they do not have a clear view, I love guiding them down the visual rabbit hole!
The key to good story telling for a brand is their confidence in what they are putting out into the world.
